I encountered the following:
On Win32 platform (Win7)
1) setBackgroundMusicVolume() not affected on the volume;
2) stopEffect(sndID) not always stopping looped effect;
On Ios platform (IPad, iPhone, both Simulators)
1) resumeAllEffects() resume ALL previous played effects simultaneously.
Effects play even if finished playing before the call pauseAllEffects() (This bug drive me mad)
Someone have a solutions?
I used 0.13.0-beta.
