Hello, I try to open wp8-xamp HelloCpp project, but meet next message:

I use VS2013 IDE, and cocos2d-x from here:

I couldn’t open the 2012 wp8 solution too. May be you should use vs2012 IDE to open 2012 project.

I tried Visual Studio 2012: same result.
