Can somebody tell how to set up the latest Cocos2D-X * inWindows**?
** What tools and other requirement needed?
* Cygwin?
* Eclipse for C++ Developer?
* Compatible NDK version?
There are some outdated tutorials out there and complicated.
I would apreciate if somebody can explain step by step.
