Hi,

I am currently in the progress of writing an extension the the existing cocos particle code. The extension allows you to supply polygon coordinates to the particle emitter. This in turn then is used to prevent particles being generated outside of the polygon shape. Thought id mention it to see level of interest.

did you know some tools to edit particle that can be load by cocosbuilder?

Im guessing your using windows, currently I’m using Particle Designer for Mac (http://71squared.com/particledesigner) for windows there is Particle editor (http://code.google.com/p/cocos2d-windows-particle-editor/) how ever never used it and unsure if gives the file format cocosbuilder uses.
