I have a strange behavior when tapping on the items inside the ScrollView. When you tap on the panel it scrolls a little (but it should not).
Can reproduce only on Samsung devices, behavior on iOS/Huawei Honor/Nexus 4 is ok.
I am using Cocos Creator 1.7
