Running build-Win32.bat is giving error testapp.exe not found

It is also showing error

  1. WInSocket2.h not found
  2. glu.h Not found

I am using Visual studio 2012 for windows phone 8 sdk and using Windows 8 os

Procedure followed: I tried to run build-Win32.bat but its giving Compilation errors

Please give me STeps To install Cocos2dx for windows phone 8 and also give any list of files i have to include.
