In step 3 you can just create virtual folder named assets and link it to Resources folders. You can ignore creating batch script.
Are you using the -J option?
The virtual folder stuff doesn’t really help as much as getting your build script fixed.
10 speed up from messing with /Assets/ and a 500 increase in performance for proper job settings.
