Problem with Cocos2d-x 3.8 Simulator

I’m using Cocos Code IDE, and I have no problems with Cocos2d-js and simulator 3.7.1, but with 3.8 it throws the following error:

JS: (string):1:TypeError: cc.Class is undefined

What is wrong?

I created this post a few weeks ago: Windows / Code IDE 1.2: Reload Issue

Nobody help me with this. I think IDE should work well because it is a tool with which we work every day.

I hope it will be taken into account again.
