i cant creat project and i keep geting thease error

my version of cocos2dx is cocos2d-2.0-rc2-x-2.0.1
You can read the error log carefully before you post it onto forum.
“A subdirectory or file prog\gameing\cocos2d-2.0-rc2-x-2.0.1\navidtest already exists.”
