Where are the latest and up-to-date docs on multiresolution topics?

But it’s outdated (according to itself). Also the code in it does not work as is in cocos2d-x v3.5.

If you look closely on that page, it notes that it is outdated too.
I wondering for android mutli-screen devices layout, how to handle the screen layout remain same for if device resolution change. any help is appreciate cheers
