IE11 & Edge WebGL Rendering Issue in Windows

We created a default project using cocos2dx 3.14.1 framework in Javascript. While running this on IE11 and Edge browser (WebGL) on some machines, the images are coming distorted, while it runs without issues on other browsers (Firefox and Chrome). Please see the below screenshot.

Also attached is the system information of one of the machines facing the issue and the browser version used.

Could someone help us regarding the issue?

Could you tell me please if you tested cocos2d-x 3.15 in the IE11? I tested it on three computers and it throws an exception while loading the test project. I also tested the ‘hello world’ app in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome and it didn’t work as well. It works for me only in Firefox. I have no idea if this issue happens only to me.

I wrote about this issue in my topic:
