How to start with Lua

I would like to know how to start with Lua, I couln’t find any documentation in the wiki. Also, if possible, some code examples with Lua, I’m little lost.

There is a HelloLua project.

I’m learning HelloLua these days.

One question is that what’s the usage of hello2.lua in the HelloLua project. Is it necessary for avoiding memory leak?
