hello
I’m trying to get cocos working on my new computer and am having some trouble.
I went through the tutorial again, but when I get to the build-win32.bat and click on it, a black box pops up then closes.
had to print screen a few times to catch what it said but here is the result

operable program or batch file.
< was unexpected at this time.
I’m on a win7 64 bit computer, that may be part of the problem.
If anyone can tell me what I’m doing wrong it would be greatly appreciated, all i did was download the zip, unpack it onto the desktop and clicked on build-win32.bat, nothing else.
