how to install the templates of cocos2d-x-2.1.4 for vs2012

hi,guys.
I downloaded the package of cocos2d-x-2.1.4. When I run the file install-template-msvc.bat, it indicates the XXXX.js can’t be found in the directory.
(it looks the sub-directory “msvc” does not exsit.)
Is there somebody can tell me how to install the templates of cocos2d-x-2.1.4 for vs2012 on right way.

This method is deprecated. You should use tools/project-creator/create_project.py
you will need Python for this.
