How to get Smoother Curve

I Intended to use CCCardinalSpline/CCCatmull-Rom for moving a sprite(oriented in the direction of traversal) along a curved path.Everything seemed to work fine but the sprite movement at the endpoints of the curve was kind of bouncy(not the expected result). Hence Using lot of CCBezier curves I finished my assignment.
I would like to know get proper smooth curve using CCCardinalSpline or CCCatmull-Rom.
