How to bind custom C++ classes to Lua in 3.0rc1

For example I want to bind this class to Lua:

namespace myapp {
    class SomeClass {
    public:
        int getInt() { return _value; }
    private:
        int _value;
    }
}

How would I do that in 3.0rc1? In previous versions, I would make a *.pkg file and use tolua++ to create a new *.cpp file which I can add to my project.

I don’t see how I can do it now in 3.0rc1.
