How can show messages of the "cout code“ ?

For instance ,I write “cout<<”cocos2d-x in win32PT“<<endl”,where is the scntence “cocos2d-x in win32PT”…………………………… On debuge of VS2010 ,I can’t find the dos windows,and the sentece…………

So,why,and how I can see that………

Others, I can’t get value of a local variable in a function when I put my cursor on it……………….
