How can i set delta time? (not zero)

I want to set delta time for increasing game speed. (action, parallax, etc)

But there is only one fuction that set delta time to 0 on CCDirector.

Isn’t there function about adjusting delta time of all about game?

I’m using cocos2d-x-2.1.3.
