How can I make a blur effect on a sprite?

I have seen the example which comes with the TestCpp (Shader) sample.
But I don’t understand how can I use it on my own sprite.

Can somebody add a short ‘simple’ shader on sprite example here?

Hi, On develop branch, there is a new test case. It has a sample for blur sprite.
