i want to update a batch node with sprites,
right now i’m doing it like this:
this->readTextfile(); //this takes a long time
and the problem with this is that it does everything in one call so when i update the batch node in the game, the game lags until the sprites are changed, what i want is : removeChildren ~~> empty screen while readTextfile is operating~~> add sprites
instead of : same screen while readTextfile is operating -> new screen
any idea how to do this?
