I wonder that does Cocos2d-x is free for commercial use? if not, how much it cost to use it for commercial use?

I preffer to use the stable version, because when develop a game, you can’t add features as they appear, they need to be mature to be added to a game, I mean, you think to think how is a better way to add a new feature to your game.

Yes cocos2d-x is free for commercial use. It is under MIT license.

I prefer to use the stable version, if any new feature(or bug correction) is released before a new stable is released, I wait the next stable version to be released to add this new feature
The cocos2d-x team release a new version each one or two months
