documenting version alpha1 (This code only works for alpha1)

Getting a list of all the available Lua function is difficult.
run the included file and redirect the output to an html file
cocodoc.lua > luacoco.html
the html file contains a cross reference of the available functions.
tested on window but should work on all system hope.

PS: I use lua 5.2 but I tried to kept it compatible.

Output for new version
I did not zip it so you do not have to worried about virus.
