Comparison with Cocos2D (iOS)

Hi,

Planning to use CC2D-x for my next game, I wonder how “mature” it’s already become compared to the ObjC version. Is CC2DX 1.0 based on CC2D 1.0 or 2.0? When is the “final” estimated to be available?
These questions just to help me schedule accordingly. Still got a project that’s only half-way completed and C++ to learn :wink:

Cocos2d-x is mature enough and even better than the -iphone version in my opinion.

Yes, for iOS it is very mature, I’ve released my game based on it without any issues :slight_smile:
