Cocs2dx V.2.2 missing create_android_project.bat file?

Hi, I cannot find create_android_project.bat/create_android_project.sh files under cocos2dx root folder. I downloaded a fresh copy of cocos2dx v.2.2 from the website. How should I create a new android project?

I was using version 2.1.5 earlier and it had all the necessary files to create new project. Can anyone help me with this?
