Is the Mac version of CocoStudio out? If so please share the download link ASAP 
No the Mac version of CocoStudio is not out yet, but it is being developed. The time frame for release is somewhat TBD, but should be towards the beginning of next year.
Canāt wait for the Mac version. Currently Iām using CocosBuilder which is replaced by SpriteBuilder. Itās very good tool but unfortunately canāt support JavaScript/HTML 5
