I have cocos2d up and running, except, the prebuit libraries are not working. When I run cocos gen-libs -p win32 -vs 2015 -m debug it runs, and creates a prebuilt folder. However, this prebuilt folder only contains an empty win32 folder.

When I then go into the prebuilt/win32 folder that was generated, it is completely empty. Why?
