Cocos not recognized as internal command, after install

Here is another interesting screen shot. I reinstalled everything

Look at the command i made at bottom :cocos

Then says python isn’t recognized lol

I reinstalled the entire thing and it works now, so Im assuming the issue was renaming things when I should not be
