Would it be possible to add CC_DLL for CCConfiguration? I would like to use functions like isSupportsPVRTC, isSupportsNPOT and getOSVersion. But right now it’s not possible (via ccconfig…)

Ok, I have created #548 to do it.
CC_DLL only affects windows. You can use it on Android and iOS before the issue is resolved.
