build Android

Hi, I am new of cocos2d :wink:
I would like convert a my iOS game in Android, but I have a problem… when I call ant debug on proj.android after ‘android update project t android-16p .’ I have a error:

BUILD FAILED
/Users/smartmind/Works/SDK/Android/sdk/tools/ant/build.xml:569: The following error occurred while executing this line:
/Users/smartmind/Works/cocos2d/cocos2dx/platform/android/java/build.xml:46: sdk.dir is missing. Make sure to generate local.properties using ‘android update project’ or to inject it through an env var

but the ANDROID_HOME is setted

iMac:proj.android X$ export
declare x ANDROID_HOME=“/Users/X/Works/SDK/Android/sdk”
declare
x ANDROID_NDK_ROOT=“/Users/X/Works/SDK/Android/ndk”
declare -x ANDROID_SDK_ROOT=“/Users/X/Works/SDK/Android/sdk”

any idea?
