Anyone interested in advanced animation systems?

Would anyone be interested in some advanced 3d (bone based) animation system for c++? Something that would be not cost too much. And what would you be prepared to pay for such system?

If it had support for attachments, mirroring, retargeting, inverse kinematics and visual authoring using node based graphs. But you would have to create the animations in software like Maya or 3dsmax or other software supporting FBX. So it is not to create animations with, but to play them at runtime and blend them together etc. Something like mecanim in Unity.

It would have some overhead but it might be useful for 2D games as well if basically ignoring the depth?
No full source would be provided though.

I’m trying to see if there would be any interest in such SDK that could work with cocos2d-x cpp.
