The add-on assumes that you will be using tier 3 runes to create any rune at or above tier 3, it will use tier 2 for a tier 2 and likewise for tier 1. The reason for the tier assumption is that I figure you can easily create any tier 2/3 runes on your own, buy them from the AH, or loot them from mobs. Douglas Andrew
