Adding script to folder Cocos Creator asking if "set to he plugin"?

Please see screenshot. What does it mean?

After further research, there are two types of scripts, normal and plugin. The problem is if I click no on the screenshot I cannot see the script in the editor, but its a normal script, this is to be further investigated.
