about iconv in cocos2d-1.0.1-x-0.12.0

I found iconv has removed from cocos2d-1.0.1-x-0.12.0,how can I use it in android ?

Because it can not be used as a static lib, we will offer .so in next version.

I used iconv on cocos2d-1.0.1-x-0.10.0，then I find iconv run normally on some real phone， but crash on some others，such as Lenovo，HUAWEI cellphone, is it caused because iconv can not be used as a static lib???
