a error occur to create a new Win32 application

I am using the cocos2d-1.0.1-x-0.10.0,that can create a win32 application normally using the template.
after I download the cocos2d-1.0.1-x-0.12.0 ,I remove the ‘cocos2dx’ folder and others relevant file, run the install-templates-msvc.bat to update the template,
when I create a new Win32 Application from cocos2dx template and select the Suppot Lua option,and then pop up a messagebox “无法访问所需文件的数据，因为它处于僵停状态”

Yes, there is a bug with vs template for lua, we have fixed this bug in latest codes.
You use template/ in latest code.
